Neil Ave Houses

New residential development of freestanding house and townhouses. Structural design scope included design of beams, columns, bracing (including specific design structural steel portal frame) and foundations. The portal frame design allowed for the door opening to be maximised allowing for more light and better access to the house.

NCL provided design phase services including structural design calculations, drawings and PS1 certification and construction monitoring services including construction observations, quality control and PS4 certification.

We worked closely with the Architect and client to incorporate specific details to allow their vision to be realised.
